Hi! I am Ingrid Trotman, founder and owner of A Step Above Organizing Services, a professional organizing company based in Hamilton, NJ. I created A Step Above Organizing Services out of my love for organizing and my desire to help clients realize the benefits of an organized space. I take great pleasure in seeing the smiles or expressions of relief and joy on a clients’ face after we have completed a project.Since achieving my MBA, I’ve played a key role in fostering strong customer relationships through my responsibilities as a trainer, which includes organizing and conducting numerous workshops and demos on software functionality. In these position, I’ve had to complete project tasks in a timely manner, which ultimately sharpened my time management and organizational skills.
Even though this experience has been fulfilling for me, I’ve recently decided to switch careers and become a Professional Organizer. This is truly what I love to do. I will use my skills to implement personal systems that will streamline your daily processes, perfect your spatial aesthetics and ultimately help you to lead a more balanced life.
